Common use of Consignment Program Clause in Contracts

Consignment Program. Battelle reserves the right to discuss with the seller the requirements necessary to enter into an inventory consignment agreement before or after the award of any contract. Consignment would mean that the seller would hold inventory within the Battelle facility at an agreed upon quantity with an agreed upon liability for finished goods, WIP, and raw material for the duration of the contract.
