Common use of Consignment Clause in Contracts

Consignment. a.Consignment of Asset. Consignor hereby appoints Consignee as an authorized consignee of the asset described on Schedule A hereto (the “Asset”) and agrees to deliver the Asset to Consignee within five (5) days of the Effective Date for the purpose of Consignee’s potential purchase of the Asset (“Purchase”) for contribution to a Consignee series designated to own the Asset (the “Series”). Funds for consummation of the Purchase will come from the offer and sale of membership interests in the Series (“Series Interests”) to investors (the “Offering”).
