Common use of Consignment Clause in Contracts

Consignment. A good shall be treated as originating provided that the good undergoes no subsequent production or any other operation in non-Parties, other than unloading, reloading, storing, repacking, relabelling or any other operation necessary to preserve it in good condition or to transport the good to the territory of the importing Party.
