CONSISTENCY WITH SETTLEMENT ACT. In the event any provision of this Settlement Agreement is held to be inconsistent with the Settlement Act, the Parties agree that the terms of the Settlement Act shall control and that all other provisions of this Settlement Agreement, insofar as consistent with the Settlement Act, shall remain effective and binding.
