Consistent Terminology Sample Clauses
The Consistent Terminology clause ensures that specific terms and phrases are used uniformly throughout a contract or agreement. In practice, this means that once a term is defined—such as "Services" or "Confidential Information"—the same wording is used every time that concept is referenced, rather than substituting synonyms or alternative expressions. This approach eliminates ambiguity and reduces the risk of misinterpretation, thereby promoting clarity and legal certainty in the document.
