Consistent with Paragraph. 5.1.2, DiaDexus grants SB an exclusive, world-wide license, with the right to sublicense, under DiaDexus IP provided such DiaDexus IP was based on the use of or derived by SB Diagnostic IP identified by SB pursuant to Paragraphs 4.1.1 and 9.1.5 as HGS Derived to Make, Have Made, Use, and Sell any and all products and processes other than Tests.
