Consolidated Coverage Ratio. Infinity will not permit the Consolidated Coverage Ratio for any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters to be less than 3.00 to 1.00; provided, as soon as, and for so long as, the Debt Rating is equal to or greater than A- by S&P and A3 by Xxxxx'x for any period this Section 5.8 shall be suspended.
