Common use of Consolidated Current Ratio Clause in Contracts

Consolidated Current Ratio. Permit the Consolidated Current Ratio, as defined herein and calculated pursuant to Exhibit L hereto, to be less than 2.0 to 1.0 as of November 30, 2003 and as of the end of each month after November 30, 2003.

Consolidated Current Ratio. Permit the Consolidated Current Ratio, as defined herein and calculated pursuant to Exhibit L N hereto, to be less than 2.0 1.4 to 1.0 as of November 30February 28, 2003 2005, and as of the end of each month after November 30, 2003thereafter.

Consolidated Current Ratio. Permit the Consolidated Current Ratio, as defined herein and calculated pursuant to Exhibit L P hereto, to be less than 2.0 1.4 to 1.0 as of November 30February 28, 2003 2005, and as of the end of each month after November 30, 2003thereafter.

Consolidated Current Ratio. Permit the Consolidated Current Ratio, as defined herein and calculated cal­culated pursuant to Exhibit L H hereto, to be less than 2.0 1.6 to 1.0 as of November 30May 31, 2003 2008, and as of the end of each month after November 30, 2003thereafter.

Consolidated Current Ratio. Permit the Consolidated Current Ratio, as defined herein and calculated pursuant to Exhibit L hereto, to be less than 2.0 .80 to 1.0 as of November 30the end of each month through and including December 31, 2003 and 1999, or less than 1.0 to 1.0 as of the end of each month after November 30December 31, 20031999.
