Consolidated Debt Service Coverage Ratio. Commencing with the four-quarter period ending December 31, 2005 and for each four-quarter period thereafter, permit the Consolidated Debt Service Coverage Ratio at any time to be less than 1.25 to 1.0, tested on the last day of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower.
