Common use of Consolidated Monthly Salary Clause in Contracts

Consolidated Monthly Salary. 1The Consolidated Monthly Salary is earned per complete month of work, without taking into account leave days off site. The salary actually paid out to the Employee is calculated at the Daily Remuneration Rate (as per Annex 1, article 4.2(b)) multiplied by the number of days actually worked on site or recognized as travel days (article 3.4) during that calendar months. The salary actually paid out to the Employee thus varies from month to month depending on the actual days worked, and it may also be different from the salary that were due based on the number of days of work calculated according to the Work/Leave Rotation Cycle specified in Annex 1, article 3.2.
