Common use of Consolidated Senior Secured Debt Ratio Clause in Contracts

Consolidated Senior Secured Debt Ratio. Permit the Consolidated Senior Secured Debt Ratio as of the last day of any four consecutive fiscal quarter period of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries, to be greater than 2.50 to 1.00.
