Consolidation/Reverse Share Split. The Company has taken all necessary corporate action to effectuate a consolidation, or reverse split, of its Common Shares on the basis of one (1) such share for each three hundred (300) issued and outstanding shares thereof (the “Consolidation”), such Consolidation became effective on January 2, 2020.
