Common use of Consortium decisions Clause in Contracts

Consortium decisions. All decisions of the Consortium Bodies shall be taken and recorded in meetings, unless decision by written procedure of a particular item is agreed at the previous meeting, or at the request of the Chair. All decisions taken by the Steering Committee shall be binding on the Members and shall enter into effect on the date the minutes are considered as approved.
