Consortium-Related Sample Clauses
Consortium-Related. Nothing in this Agreement is considered to prevent the Consortium or a Consortium Member or any group of Consortium Members from entering into a separate sponsored research commitment. Upon any inconsistency between that separate commitment and this Agreement, that separate commitment takes precedence insofar as that separate commitment does not adversely affect the rights to intellectual property or confidentiality granted to Member under this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement is considered to prevent NM- PWRC or any Member or any group of Members from entering into a separate sponsored research commitment, as outlined in the Management Plan. Upon any inconsistency between that separate commitment, the Management Plan and this Agreement, that separate commitment takes precedence insofar as that separate commitment does not adversely affect the rights to intellectual property or confidentiality granted to the Member companies under this Agreement.
