Common use of Constellation Services Clause in Contracts

Constellation Services. Constellation will supply electric power for your home or business. We are a retail marketer of electricity and not your local utility. With these Terms of Service you have received either a copy of your Opt-Out Period (as defined in Section 6) notification. These Terms of Service and your Opt-Out notification reflect your entire agreement (“Agreement”) with Constellation and supersede any oral or written statements made in connection with this Agreement or your electricity supply.
