Common use of Constituency of the Trust Clause in Contracts

Constituency of the Trust. The Trust shall, in addition to those assets already under administration, consist of monies from time to time delivered to the Trustee for investment and such investments and other assets as may from time to time be acquired by the Trustee through the application of such monies, together with accretions thereto, less amounts paid out by the Trustee from time to time in accordance herewith.
