Constitution and other Constitutional Documents. The copies of the Constitution and the memoranda and articles of association (or equivalent constitutional documents) of the other members of the Group provided to the Subscriber are true and complete and have embodied therein or annexed to them copies of every resolution or agreement as are required by Law to be embodied in or annexed to them, and set out completely the rights and restrictions attaching to each class of capital of the Issuer and the other members of the Group (as the case may be).
