Constitutive Documents; Junior Debt Documents. The Borrower will not, and will not permit any Restricted Subsidiary to, amend (i) its charter or by-laws or other similar constitutive documents or (ii) any documents governing any Junior Debt, in the case of each of the foregoing clauses (i) and (ii), in any manner materially adverse to the rights of the Lenders under this Agreement or any other Loan Document or their ability to enforce the same, except as otherwise permitted pursuant to Section 6.03.
