Construction Administration (CA. The purpose of this phase is to review the progress of the work, and to clarify the design intent with the contractor.

Construction Administration (CA. The Phase of the Project in which the Company performs limited Project Representation and Oversight as Basic Services to the LVMPD. This Phase begins with the award of the Contract for Construction and the Notice to Proceed to the General Construction Contractor or Prime Construction Contractor.

Construction Administration (CA. The architect’s on-site observations shall not replace town inspections or code required special inspections. Site visits, RFI’s, review of submittals, and review of shop drawings shall be billed at an hourly rate of $150 / hour.
