Common use of Construction and Binding Effect Clause in Contracts

Construction and Binding Effect. This Lease constitutes the entire agreement of the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior agreements with respect thereto. This Lease shall inure to the benefit of the Issuer, the Company, the Holder and their respective successors and assigns, and shall be binding upon the Issuer and the Company, subject, however, to the limitations contained in Sections 9.1 and 9.2 hereof.
