Common use of Construction and Content Clause in Contracts

Construction and Content. To its knowledge, none of the Premises is constructed of, or contains as a component part, any material that (either in its present form or as it may reasonably be expected to change through aging or normal use) releases or may release any Hazardous Substance in violation of applicable Environmental Law. Without limiting the generality of this Section, to Grand Premier's knowledge, the Premises are free of asbestos-containing building materials except to the extent properly sealed or encapsulated in compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws and all workplace safety and health laws and regulations.
