Construction and Entire Agreement. This Release is not and cannot be construed as an admission by Company or Executive that either has acted wrongfully with respect to the other or that either of them has any claim whatsoever against the other. This Release is governed by and is to be construed in accordance with the law of the State of Alabama. The provisions of this Release are severable and, if any part of it is found to be unenforceable, the other sections and/or provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable. No provision of this Release may be modified, amended or revoked, except in a writing signed by Executive and an authorized officer of the Company. This Release, except as specifically provided hereinabove, supersedes, terminates and replaces any and all previous or contemporaneous written or oral communications or agreements relating to Executive’s employment and the period thereof, and, except as specifically provided hereinabove, the parties hereby acknowledge that no other contracts, arrangements or understandings exist that pertain to any of the subjects, matters or issues addressed by this Release.
Construction and Entire Agreement. In the case any provision of this Agreement shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such holding shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had never been included herein. This Agreement represents the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes any prior agreement or understanding relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
Construction and Entire Agreement. This Lease contains all covenants and agreements between Landlord and Tenant relating in any manner to the use and occupancy of the Premises and other matters set forth in this Lease. No prior agreement or understanding pertaining to the same shall be valid or of any force or effect, and the covenants and agreements of this Lease cannot be altered, changed, modified or added to except in writing signed by Landlord and Tenant.
