Construction and Interpretation of the Agreement. (a) All captions in this Agreement are intended solely for the convenience of the parties, and none shall be deemed to affect the meaning or construction of any provision hereof.
(b) All references herein to the masculine, neuter, or singular shall be construed to include the masculine, feminine, neuter, or plural, where applicable.
(c) When used in this Agreement, the word "including" shall have its normal, common meaning and any list of items following such word shall not be deemed to represent a complete list of the contents of the referent of the subject.
