CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION PERMITS. The Water Rights Owning Parties shall waive any and all protests, objections, or opposition in any manner to the issuance of permits that are consistent with this Settlement Agreement and that are necessary for the construction and operation of the projects identified in this Article 6.5.1, including any required New Mexico Environment Department permits.
