Construction and Payment. 12.1 The Trust shall be construed and administered according to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the principal office of the Trustee is located. In any question of interpretation or other matter of doubt, the Trustee may rely upon the opinion of counsel for the Bank or Administrator or any other attorney at law designated by the Bank with approval of the Trustee.
