Construction and Remodeling. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree that, after the execution of this Lease, they will each commence and pursue to completion the construction of the improvements for which Landlord and Tenant are responsible as set forth on Exhibit “B” (“Description of Landlord’s work and Tenant’s work”), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Construction and Remodeling. Whenever a Property Owner submits an application for a High-Value Construction or Remodel Permit, the Satellite may open the permit but will not perform a final inspection or otherwise finalize the permit until the Satellite receives one of the following: 4.6.1. a copy of a valid Compliance Certificate or Exemption Certificate for the parcel at issue; or 4.6.2. written notification from the District that the Property Owner is eligible to defer certification pending compliance with Regional PSL Ordinance requirements for parcels or parcel groups with PSLs exceeding 1,000 feet or parcels within Homeowner’s Associations that have assumed responsibility for PSL compliance.

Construction and Remodeling. The Licensee shall not make any changes in the physical characteristics of any buildings or the movement of more than 20 cubic yards of material in any single area of the golf course. Staffing Licensee shall staff and operate the ▇▇▇▇ Lakes Golf Course with appropriate staffing, following accepted industry best practices and at a level that will meet general expectations of the golfing public.
Construction and Remodeling. Hotel shall promptly notify Association of any construction or remodeling to be performed in Hotel prior to the Convention Period, and Hotel represents and warrants that any such construction or remodeling shall not interfere in any way with Association's use of Hotel. Construction and Remodeling. Within the Satellite’s service area, High- Value Construction or Remodel Permit applications are processed by three other public entities: the City of El Cerrito, the City of Richmond, and Contra Costa County. It is in the interest of the District and the Satellite for those other public entities to avoid finalizing any High-Value Construction or Remodel Permit application until the applicant obtains one of the following: (1) a Compliance Certificate, (2) an Exemption Certificate, or (3) a written notice from the District that the Property Owner may defer certification because its PSLs exceed 1,000 feet or are located within a Homeowner’s Association which has assumed responsibility for PSL compliance. Accordingly, the Satellite will help the District provide outreach and education to the appropriate staff of the aforementioned public entities. The Satellite will also make reasonable efforts to communicate and follow up with those public entities regarding specific permit applications, in order to maintain a high rate of compliance with the Regional PSL Ordinance within its service area. 4.6.1. Construction and Remodeling. At Tenant’s option and during the Base Term of this Lease, as well as any Option Periods, Tenant shall have the absolute right to construct those improvements, facilities and/or structures on the Land and remodel, rebuild, or reconstruct any improvements, facilities and/or structures already located on the Land as it shall determine are necessary for the Proposed Use. During the course of said construction, reconstruction, etc., the Tenant shall ensure that all bills associated with said construction are paid in full, and shall provide copies of all invoices and receipts for the same to the Landlord.
