Construction and Severability. If any of the provisions of this Lease, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, shall, to any extent, be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this Lease, or the application of such provision or provisions to persons or circumstances other than those as to whom or which it is held invalid or unenforceable shall not be affected thereby, and every provision of this lease shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any provision of this Lease is deemed invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, and if limiting such provision would make the provision valid, then such provision shall be deemed to be construed as so limited.
