Construction and Testing; Interconnection. Seller shall, at its cost, construct and test the Facility and obtain all necessary transmission and interconnection rights, all in compliance with the Permits, the Interconnection Agreement, any other agreements with any Transmission Provider, and Prudent Electric Industry Practice.
