Construction by Others Sample Clauses
The 'Construction by Others' clause defines the rights and responsibilities when parties other than the primary contractor perform construction work on a project. It typically outlines the conditions under which third-party contractors, subcontractors, or the owner’s separate contractors may access the site, coordinate their activities, and interact with the primary contractor’s work.
