Common use of Construction by the Tenant Clause in Contracts

Construction by the Tenant. All construction work done by the Tenant on the Farm and otherwise shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, in compliance with all governmental requirements. Without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, the Landlord shall have the right to require that such work be performed in accordance with other reasonable rules and regulations which the Landlord may, from time to time prescribe. The Tenant agrees to indemnify the Landlord and hold him harmless against any loss, liability or damage, resulting from such work, and the Tenant shall, if requested by the Landlord, furnish a bond or other security satisfactory to the Landlord, against any such loss, liability or damage. The Tenant shall be liable to the Landlord for any damages resulting from labour disputes, strikes or demonstrations resulting from the Tenant's construction or alteration work with the employment of workers.
