At the Closing, there will be no outstanding contracts made by the Seller for the construction or repair of any Improvements relating to the Property which have not been fully paid for or provision for the payment of which has not been made by Seller and Seller shall discharge and have released of record or bonded all mechanics' or materialmen's liens, if any, arising from any labor or materials furnished to such Property prior to the Closing to the extent any such lien is not insured over by the Title Company or bonded over pursuant to applicable law.
