Any deficiency in the construction of the Stadium, including, without limitation, due to the use of defective materials, products, or components in the construction; a violation of any laws or codes applicable to the construction; a failure of the Stadium to comply with any government approvals; or a failure to perform the construction in accordance with the accepted trade standards for good and workmanlike construction.
