CONSTRUCTION; DEFINED TERMS. This Pledge Agreement should be read and construed subject to the terms of the Group Intercreditor Deed. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Pledge Agreement and the Group Intercreditor Deed, the terms of the Group Intercreditor Deed shall prevail. Unless otherwise defined herein or the context otherwise expressly requires, capitalized terms used herein shall have the respective meanings set forth in the Group Intercreditor Deed and (unless otherwise defined in the Group Intercreditor Deed) the Relevant Facilities Agreement (including by reference to other agreements).
