Construction Document Preparation. Prepare construction documents and specifications to allow bidding and construction of the Phase 1 site improvements as determined by the budget and Client approved site plan. Provide specific facility plans to construct new improvements within the Park as follows:
Construction Document Preparation. The approved Design Development documents provide the basis for the Construction Documents phase, which sets forth in detail the requirements for construction. The Architect will prepare Construction Documents consisting of drawings and written specifications setting forth in detail the construction of the Project, and including any required engineering disciplines, i.e., structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. In addition, the project specifications are completed and all requirements for submittal to the appropriate permitting jurisdictions are completed. Any final document revisions as directed by the CM will be accomplished during this phase following CM reviews at various stages of completion.
Construction Document Preparation. SEH will prepare construction bid documents including engineering plans, specifications and contract documents for the project. The construction bid documents will also include construction QA/QC information for submittal and approval from the CDPHE. Project plans will include at least the following plans and information:  Title sheet and Site Information sheets showing the location of the facility, the legend, background engineering and survey data and index for the plan sheets.  General development plans depicting surface water drainage features, stockpile locations site borrow and site restoration plans.  Stormwater and Erosion Control construction BMP requirements.  Existing Conditions plan  Base grading plansLayout plan showing proposed base liner system, leachate drainage and collection features.  Leachate lateral drainage collection details  Leachate sump and side slope riser system installationDetails showing temporary berms, liner tie-ins, base liner system, and leachate collection systems.  Landfill access road plans and details.  General development plans depicting waste movement requirements and surface water control.  Existing Conditions plan showing the approximate liner repair location and most recent waste depths  Geocomposite repair and cover soil placement directives  Details showing base liner and geocomposite and lateral drainage layer systems.  Construction coordinates and 3D surfaces will be provided. SEH will also prepare project specifications which include the bidding documents and the technical specifications. The bidding documents will include, but not be limited to: the advertisement, bidding instructions and forms, simple contract, performance and payment bond forms, non-collusion affidavits, and general and supplementary conditions of the contract. The technical specifications will identify the general requirements for completing the work including a work summary, measures of payments, project meetings, submittals, material and equipment, health and safety, and contract closeout. In addition, the technical specifications will include the following sections required to complete the work during construction: 1. Site Preparation and grading 2. Trenching, backfilling, and compaction 3. Site Grading 4. Clay liner base grade preparation 5. Leachate Drainage Layer

The demolition plan will include civil-related infrastructure and franchise utilities based on best available information. 3) Provide a paving and dimensional control plan indicating paving types, locations, and dimensions necessary to construct the site improvements. It is understood all vehicular use areas will be hard surface paving. Halff will rely on the geotechnical report provided by the Client for pavement types, reinforcement and joint spacing. This task does not include preparation of a jointing plan. Joint spacing will be specified in the geotechnical report and construction details. 4) Provide layout plans, details and specifications necessary for the construction of flatwork in the pedestrian plaza areas and pedestrian path from the parking to the proposed ball fields. 5) Provide new parking layout and striping and signing plans, details, and specifications for up to 120 new parking stalls located in convenient proximity to the proposed ball fields. 6) Provide an overall grading plan for the project site with minimum one (1) foot contours and vertical information necessary for construction. 7) Provide detailed grading plans, details, and specifications for three (3) proposed youth ball fields, parking, entry road, playground, pavilion and proposed prefabricated restroom/concession building. 8) Provide site storm sewer plans with information necessary for construction of the proposed park drainage improvements. It is assumed that detention and floodplain mitigation have been provided per the approved drainage report and plans prepared by Xxxxxxx Xxxx in 2020 and that no additional detention or floodplain mitigation volume will be required. Based on the approved master plan, Halff shall prepare, for approval by the City, a complete and correct set of construction documents and specifications as defined below. Halff shall prepare and print four (04) draft sets of drawings for review and comment, and shall be submitted at 50%, 95% and 100% submittal stages as defined in the attached project schedule. Construction Document PreparationThe Engineer will prepare construction plans and technical special provisions for this project. Construction plans will include plan and profile sheets for all proposed pipelines at 1 inch = 20 feet horizontal scale and 1 inch = 2 feet vertical scale, as well as detail sheets necessary to provide a complete depiction of the work to be performed. Construction quantities and removal quantities will be included on the construction plans. Construction plans will be prepared using the City’s standard plan sheet border, drawing format, and CAD standards. Where City CAD standards are not available or applicable, Engineer’s CAD standards will be used. Based on the standard City plan sheet border, progress plans will be plotted at 22”x34” (full scale) and 11”x17” (half scale – exact scale).   • Construction Document Phase 1.4.1 Based on the approved Design Development Documents, Guaranteed Maximum Price, coordinated models and any further adjustments in the scope or quality of the Project or in the Amount Available for the Construction Contract authorized by the Owner, the Architect/Engineer shall prepare, for approval by the Owner and review by the Construction Manager, Construction Documents consisting of Drawings, Schedules and Specifications derived from the model(s) in accordance with Owner’s written requirements setting forth in detail the requirements for construction of the Project, including, without limitation, the BIM Execution Plan and “Facility Design Guidelines”. The Plans, Drawings and Specifications for the entire Project shall be so prepared that same will call for the construction of the building and related facilities, together with its built-in permanent fixtures and equipment which will cost not more than the Guaranteed Maximum Price accepted by Owner, or the Amount Available for the Construction Contract established by Owner if no Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal has been accepted by Owner. The Architect/Engineer will be responsible for managing the design to stay within such Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal or Amount Available for the Construction Contract. The Architect/Engineer shall review the Construction Documents as they are being prepared at intervals appropriate to the progress of the Project with the Owner and Construction Manager at the Project site or other location specified by Owner in the State of Texas. The Architect/Engineer shall utilize the model(s) to support the review process during Construction Documents. The Architect/Engineer shall allow the Construction Manager to utilize the information uploaded into Owner’s PMIS to assist the Construction Manager in fulfilling its responsibilities to the Owner. 1.4.2 As a part of Construction Documents Phase, Architect/Engineer shall accomplish model coordination, aggregation and “clash detection” to remove conflicts in design between systems, structures and components. Model coordination shall occur at all reviews during the Construction Documents Phase as identified in the BIM Execution Plan. Architect/Engineer shall utilize Owner’s PMIS to accomplish model coordination and collaborate with Construction Manager in the resolution of critical clashes identified by the Construction Manager. Architect/Engineer shall demonstrate and provide written assurance to Owner that conflicts/collisions between models have been resolved. 1.4.3 The Architect/Engineer shall consult with the Owner and Construction Manager on matters such as construction phasing and scheduling, bid or proposal alternates, liquidated damages, the construction contract time period, and other construction issues appropriate for the Project. The Architect/Engineer shall assist the Owner and Construction Manager in the preparation of the necessary bidding information, bidding forms, RFP information, and RFP forms, and the Conditions of the Contract. 1.4.4 The Architect/Engineer shall assist the Owner in connection with the Owner’s responsibility and procedures for obtaining approval of all building and accessibility authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. 1.4.5 The Architect/Engineer shall provide coordination and inclusion of sequence of operations for all operable systems in the facility as defined by Owner during Design Development. 1.4.6 The Architect/Engineer shall review the Estimated Construction Cost prepared by the Construction Manager, and shall provide written comments. 1.4.7 The Architect/Engineer shall participate in a final review of the Construction Documents and model(s) with the Owner and Construction Manager at the Project location or other location specified by Owner in the State of Texas. Prior to the Owner’s approval of the Construction Documents, the Architect/Engineer shall incorporate such changes as are necessary to satisfy the Owner’s review comments. 1.4.8 The Architect/Engineer shall provide a list of all manufacturer warranties and submittals that are required by their specification. 1.4.9 Before proceeding into the Bidding and Proposal Phase, the Architect/Engineer shall obtain Owner’s written acceptance of the Construction Documents and approval of the Final Amount Available for the Construction Contract as approved by the Board of Regents.

If requested by Buyer, Seller covenants that the Transfer/Deed to be delivered on completion shall contain the statements contemplated by Section 50(22) of the Planning Act, R.S.O.1990.

  • Construction Documents Phase Services 3.4.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Construction Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Construction Documents shall illustrate and describe the further development of the approved Design Development Documents and shall consist of Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the quality levels and performance criteria of materials and systems and other requirements for the construction of the Work. The Owner and Architect acknowledge that, in order to perform the Work, the Contractor will provide additional information, including Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and other similar submittals, which the Architect shall review in accordance with Section 3.6.4.

  • Description of the Transaction Documents The Transaction Documents will conform in all material respects to the respective statements relating thereto contained in the Offering Memorandum.

  • Acquisition Documents Borrower shall fully perform in all material respects all of its obligations under all Acquisition Documents, and shall enforce all of its rights and remedies thereunder as it deems appropriate in its reasonable business judgment; provided, however, that Borrower shall not take any action or fail to take any action which would result in a waiver or other loss of any material right or remedy of Borrower thereunder. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Borrower shall take all action necessary or appropriate to permit, and shall not take any action which would have a Material Adverse Effect upon, the full enforcement of all indemnification rights under all the Acquisition Documents. Borrower shall not, without Administrative Agent's prior written consent, modify, amend, supplement, compromise, satisfy, release or discharge any material provision of the Acquisition Documents, any material collateral securing the same, any Person liable directly or indirectly with respect thereto, or any material agreement relating to the Acquisition Documents or the collateral therefor. Borrower shall notify Administrative Agent in writing promptly after Borrower becomes aware thereof, of any event or fact which could give rise to a claim by it for indemnification under any of the Acquisition Documents to the extent such claims in the aggregate exceed $100,000.00, and shall diligently pursue such right and report to Administrative Agent on all further developments with respect thereto. If an Event of Default then exists, Borrower shall remit directly to Administrative Agent, for application to the Loan Obligations in such order as Administrative Agent determines, all amounts received by Borrower as indemnification or otherwise pursuant to the Acquisition Documents. If Borrower fails after Administrative Agent's demand to pursue diligently any right under any of the Acquisition Documents, or if an Event of Default then exists, then Administrative Agent may directly enforce such right in its own or Borrower's name and may enter into such settlements or other agreements with respect thereto as Administrative Agent determines. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Borrower shall at all times remain liable to observe and perform all of its duties and obligations under all the Acquisition Documents, and Administrative Agent's exercise of any of its rights with respect to the Collateral shall not release Borrower from any of such duties or obligations. Administrative Agent shall not be obligated to perform or fulfill any of Borrower's duties or obligations under any of the Acquisition Documents or to make any payment thereunder, or to make any inquiry as to the sufficiency of any payment or property received by it thereunder or the sufficiency of performance by any party thereunder, or to present or file any claim, or to take any action to collect or enforce any performance or payment of any amounts, or any delivery of any property.

  • Formation Documents With respect to the Issuing Entity, the Certificate of Trust and the Trust Agreement, (ii) with respect to the Grantor Trust, the Grantor Trust Certificate of Trust and the Grantor Trust Agreement, and (iii) with respect to the Depositor, the certificate of formation of the Depositor filed in Delaware, dated as of January 4, 2019 and the amended and restated limited liability company agreement of the Depositor, dated as of March 27, 2019, made by the Sponsor, as member.

  • Site Preparation Axon will provide a hardcopy or digital copy of current user documentation for the Axon Devices ("User Documentation"). User Documentation will include all required environmental specifications for the professional services and Axon Devices to operate per the Axon Device User Documentation. Before installation of Axon Devices (whether performed by Customer or Axon), Customer must prepare the location(s) where Axon Devices are to be installed ("Installation Site") per the environmental specifications in the Axon Device User Documentation. Following installation, Customer must maintain the Installation Site per the environmental specifications. If Axon modifies Axon Device User Documentation for any Axon Devices under this Agreement, Axon will provide the update to Customer when Axon generally releases it

  • Joint Preparation The preparation of this Agreement has been a joint effort of the parties and the resulting documents shall not, solely as a matter of judicial construction, be construed more severely against one of the parties than the other.
