Construction in Building Expansion Space Clause Samples

Construction in Building Expansion Space. The Building Expansion Space shall be improved by Tenant with initial tenant improvements substantially in accordance with the Tenant Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit B and Landlord shall provide Tenant with an improvement allowance in an amount up to, but not exceeding, [***] per usable square foot of the Building Expansion Space (i.e., an amount up to, but not exceeding, [***] based on 10,742 usable square feet of the Building Expansion Space), which improvement allowance shall be disbursed by Landlord pursuant to, and subject to, all of the terms and conditions of the Tenant Work Letter attached hereto.
