Common use of Construction In First Offer Space Clause in Contracts

Construction In First Offer Space. Tenant shall accept delivery of the First Offer Space in its then "as is" condition, and Tenant's construction of improvements in the First Offer Space shall comply with the terms of Article 8 of the First Offer Lease (defined below).
