Construction Inspections. 7.7.1 During the construction of all forms of Physical Collocation space required under this Appendix, Collocator shall be permitted up to four (4) inspections during the construction in an Eligible Structure during normal business hours with a minimum of two (2) hours advance notification. If the construction interval is extended beyond the agreed upon interval, Collocator will be granted two (2) additional visits per thirty (30) day extension. Requests for construction inspections shall be given to the contact number as specified in this Appendix.
7.7.2 Collocator may request that one (1) of its four (4) construction visits take place as an initial walk through and inspection. Within twenty (20) calendar days or mutually agreed upon time, from AT&T-13STATE’s receipt of the confirmatory response in writing for an initial collocation arrangement to continue construction on the Physical Collocation job requested along with the fifty percent (50%) payment of non-recurring charges (unless payment was received with application), Network Sales Support and/or appropriate departments will schedule a walk through visit with the telecommunications carrier and/or vendor to provide floor plans of space and the preliminary route design for the interconnection and power cabling.
Construction Inspections. The Public Entity and the Architect, if any, shall be responsible for making their own inspections and observations of the Construction Items, and shall determine to their own satisfaction that the work done or materials supplied by the Contractors to whom payment is to be made out of each Advance has been properly done or supplied in accordance with the Construction Contract Documents. If any work done or materials supplied by a Contractor are not satisfactory to the Public Entity or the Architect, if any, or if a Contractor is not in material compliance with the Construction Contract Documents in any respect, then the Public Entity shall immediately notify the State Entity, in writing. The State Entity and the Inspecting Engineer, if any, may conduct such inspections of the Construction Items as either may deem necessary for the protection of the State Entity's interest, and that any inspections which may be made of the Project by the State Entity or the Inspecting Engineer, if any, are made and all certificates issued by the Inspecting Engineer, if any, will be issued solely for the benefit and protection of the State Entity, and the Public Entity will not rely thereon.
Construction Inspections. A. The RECO or the RECO's designated technical representative may periodically inspect construction work to review compliance with Lease requirements and approved construction floor plans and related documents, if applicable.
B. Periodic reviews, witnessing of tests, and inspections by the Government shall not constitute approval of the Lessor's apparent progress toward meeting the Government's objectives but are intended to discover any information which the RECO may be able to call to the Lessor's attention to prevent costly misdirection of effort. The Lessor shall remain responsible for designing, constructing, operating, and maintaining the Building in full accordance with the requirements of the Lease.
Construction Inspections. Contractor is to perform a thorough inspection of all common areas to which it requires access prior to construction to document existing Building conditions. Upon completion of work, if necessary, Contractor shall return these areas to the same condition in which they were originally viewed. Any damage caused by Contractor shall be corrected at its sole cost.
Construction Inspections. The Public Entity shall be responsible for making its own inspections and observations regarding the completion of the Project, and shall determine to its own satisfaction that all work done or materials supplied have been properly done or supplied in accordance with all contracts that the Public Entity has entered into regarding the completion of the Project.
Construction Inspections. LESSOR shall have the right at any reasonable time prior to the completion of any construction of facilities and improvements or future alterations and improvements thereto, to enter upon the Premises for the purpose of inspecting the construction thereof, to determine whether or not the improvements are being constructed substantially in accordance with LESSOR approved plans and specifications. If at any time during the progress of such construction, it is determined that the improvements are not being constructed substantially in accordance with LESSOR approved plans and specifications, upon receipt of written notice from LESSOR, LESSEE shall make or cause to be made such reasonable alterations as may be required to cause the improvements to substantially conform to the plans and specifications. However, XXXXXX has no duty to undertake such inspections, and LESSOR shall not be held to any duty of care regarding such inspections, if conducted.
Construction Inspections. The review fee will cover plans review and up to three (3) construction site inspections.

If any travel expenses are incurred, the Collocator will be charged for the time SBC-13STATE’s employees spend traveling and will be based on fifteen (15) minute increments.
Construction Inspections. The Commission’s engineer (“Commission Engineer”) shall perform periodic inspections of the Project as it is being constructed. The Developer and the Commission, through its engineer, agree to work cooperatively with one another and in good faith with the Contractor to develop a schedule for inspections that minimizes the amount of CIP funds spent on inspections while still providing sufficient inspections to ensure the Project is constructed in accordance with the approved Plans. The Commission Engineer may not direct the work of the Contractor, but the Developer and the Contractor will give due and reasonable consideration to issuance of such change orders, work directives, or field orders as necessary and appropriate to adjust the work as requested by the Commission Engineer to help ensure the Project is constructed in accordance with the Plans.
Construction Inspections. Consultant will provide up to twenty-four (24) hours of inspector time to visit the site during critical construction activities. These inspections are intended to focus on initial work related to reviewing initial construction methods for driving wooden pilings into the lake bottom and review of fastening beams/joists to piling.
