Construction Inspections. Contractor is to perform a thorough inspection of all common areas to which it requires access prior to construction to document existing Building conditions. Upon completion of work, if necessary, Contractor shall return these areas to the same condition in which they were originally viewed. Any damage caused by Contractor shall be corrected at its sole cost.
