CONSTRUCTION LIMITS. 13.10.1 The construction limits consist of the public streets rights-of-way and acquired easement areas. The Contractor shall limit his operations accordingly. The Contractor shall acquire the property owners' permission for any activity outside the public right-of-way or easement areas.
CONSTRUCTION LIMITS. Except as specifically indicated or as may be necessary to complete the work under the contract, activities of the contract shall be limited to within the Owner’s property lines.
CONSTRUCTION LIMITS. (a) The limits of land for the Works are shown on the Authority’s Drawings. The Contractor shall design the Works to be contained totally within these limits, respecting the regulations concerning construction and property boundaries of the local Authorities. In the event that the Contractor, having used his best endeavours, is unable to design the permanent works and utilities to be contained totally within these limits, then the Authority will obtain the necessary additional land or the Contractor may be required to redesign the structure as instructed by the Engineer, at no extra cost to the Authority.
CONSTRUCTION LIMITS. A. The area to be set aside for the Work under this Contract is shown on the drawings, and the Contractor shall confine the construction to the immediate area within the construction limits. Additional laydown area beyond the limits of the immediate area defined by the drawings may be assigned, at the discretion of the Project Manager.
CONSTRUCTION LIMITS. As a result of the construction work associated with the Project, it is possible that certain invasive vegetation currently existing within the Temporary Easement area of Xxxxxxx Park could be spread to other areas of the Park through the use of construction equipment. As a result of this concern, the County agrees to require that its Project contractors take all reasonable steps to limit the spread of invasive vegetation and limit the use of heavy construction equipment to only the areas defined within the construction limits of the Project. The County will further seek the input of the Park Board and its representatives to help determine sensitive areas to limit such equipment. Further, the County will work with its contractors to limit the Project’s impact on the Swale, referenced in 4(b) below.
