Construction Manager’s Field Work Clause Samples
The 'Construction Manager’s Field Work' clause defines the responsibilities and scope of work that the construction manager is required to perform directly at the project site. This typically includes tasks such as supervising daily construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing on-site issues as they arise. By clearly outlining these duties, the clause ensures that there is no ambiguity regarding the construction manager’s on-site obligations, thereby promoting efficient project management and reducing the risk of disputes over responsibilities.
