Construction Material. All the materials required for works procured by the Contractor shall be of repute make and as approved by MDL. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation, storage, security, handling etc.
Construction Material. All manufacturing processes for the construction material occurred in the United States. Recipients who undertake “infrastructure projects” must purchase all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials for the project that have been produced according to the standards above, unless a federal waiver is granted. Recipients will also need to be prepared to report on the origin of these products as part of the execution of their Federal award.
