Construction Material. All manufacturing processes for the construction material occurred in the United States. Recipients who undertake “infrastructure projects” must purchase all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials for the project that have been produced according to the standards above, unless a federal waiver is granted. Recipients will also need to be prepared to report on the origin of these products as part of the execution of their Federal award.

  • Records and Documentation The Sub-Recipient agrees to make available to AAAPP staff and/or any party designated by the AAAPP any and all contract related records and documentation. The Sub-Recipient shall ensure the collection and maintenance of all program related information and documentation on any such system designated by the AAAPP. Maintenance includes valid exports and backups of all data and systems according to AAAPP standards.

  • Public Improvements To the best knowledge of the Transferor Partnership, there are no written or proposed plans to widen, modify, or realign any street or highway or any existing or proposed eminent domain proceedings which would affect the Property in any way whatsoever. To the best knowledge of the Transferor Partnership, there are no presently planned public improvements which would result in the creation of a special improvement or similar lien upon the Property.
