Construction Meeting Attendance. Consultant will attend and conduct construction meetings including preparing meeting minutes. For budgeting purposes up to five meetings are assumed Pavilion Park, one preconstruction meeting, three monthly meetings, and a project closeout meeting. For Hunters Creek Park and Blake Haven Park up to three meetings for each are anticipated, preconstruction meeting, one monthly meeting and a project closeout meeting.
