Common use of Construction Noise Clause in Contracts

Construction Noise. ‌ The Certificate Holder shall use construction techniques and BMPs to minimize potential impacts of construction related noise. In particular, construction of the Project shall be performed in accordance with mitigation items identified in the Revised MDNS and Attachment O of the ASC.
