Common use of Construction of Agreements Clause in Contracts

Construction of Agreements. Notwithstanding any other provisions in this Agreement to the contrary, in the event and to the extent that there shall be a conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any Ancillary Agreement entered into by Seller and Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall control (unless the Ancillary Agreement explicitly provides otherwise).

Construction of Agreements. Notwithstanding any other provisions in this Agreement to the contrary, in the event and to the extent that there shall be a conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any Ancillary Agreement entered into by Seller and Purchaser the Parties pursuant to this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall control (unless the Ancillary Agreement explicitly provides otherwise).
