Common use of Construction of Agreements Clause in Contracts

Construction of Agreements. Notwithstanding any other provisions in this Agreement to the contrary, in the event and to the extent that there is a conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any Related Agreement, the provisions of such Related Agreement shall control.
