Common use of Construction of Covenants Clause in Contracts

Construction of Covenants. The Lessor was organized for the purpose of constructing, erecting renovating and improving the Premises and leasing the same to the Lessee under the provisions of the Indiana Code 36-1-10. All provisions herein contained shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of said statutes, and to the extent of inconsistencies, if any, between the covenants and agreements in this Lease and provisions of said statutes, the provisions of said statutes shall be deemed to be controlling and binding upon the Lessor and the Lessee.‌

Construction of Covenants. The Lessor was organized for the purpose of constructing, constructing and erecting renovating and improving the Premises and leasing the same to the Lessee under the provisions of the Indiana Code 3620-147-103 and Indiana Code 20-47-4, each as amended. All provisions herein contained shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of said statutes, and to the extent of inconsistencies, if any, between the covenants and agreements in this Lease and provisions of said statutes, the provisions of said statutes shall be deemed to be controlling and binding upon the Lessor and the Lessee.‌Lessee.
