Construction of Document. This Lease shall be construed, governed and enforced according to the laws of the state where the Property is located. In construing this Lease, section headings shall be disregarded. Any recitals herein or riders or exhibits attached hereto are hereby incorporated into this Lease by this reference. Time is of the essence of this Lease and every provision contained herein. The parties acknowledge that this Lease was freely negotiated by both parties, each of whom was represented by counsel; accordingly, this Lease shall be construed according to the fair meaning of its terms, and not against either party.
