Construction of Lease Provisions. Although the provisions of this Lease were prepared by Landlord, the doctrine or rule of construction that ambiguities in this Lease shall be construed against the party drafting the same shall not be employed in connection with this Lease and this Lease shall be construed in accordance with the general tenor of the language to reach a fair and equitable result.
