CONSTRUCTION OF MINE. 10.1 Upon approval by the Management Committee of the Feasibility Report recommending the Construction of a Mine, the Management Committee shall cause the Operator to, and the Operator shall, proceed with Construction with all reasonable dispatch. Construction shall be substantially in accordance with the Feasibility Report subject to any variations agreed upon by the parties and subject also to the right of the Management Committee to cause such other reasonable variations in Construction to be made as the Management Committee deems advisable.
