Construction of References. In this Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise, any reference:- (a) to a Clause is a reference to the clause of this Agreement; (b) to this Agreement, any other document or any provision of this Agreement or that document is a reference to this Agreement, that document or that provision as in force for the time being or from time to time amended in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or that document; (c) to a person includes an individual, a body corporate, a partnership, any other unincorporated body or association of persons and any state or state agency; and (d) to a right includes a power, a remedy and discretion.

Construction of References. All references in this instrument to designated sections and other subdivisions are to designated sections and other subdivisions of this instrument, and the words "herein", "hereof" and "hereunder" and other words of similar import refer to this Lease Agreement as a whole and not to any particular section or other subdivision. Except as otherwise indicated, all the agreements or instruments herein defined shall mean such agreements or instruments as the same may from time to time be supplemented or amended or the terms thereof waived or modified to the extent permitted by, and in accordance with, the terms thereof.

Construction of References. All references in this Amendment No. 1 to designated Sections and other subdivisions are to such designated Sections and subdivisions of this Amendment No. 1. Except as otherwise indicated, all the agreements or instruments herein defined or referred to shall mean such agreements or instruments as the same may be supplemented or amended from time to time or the terms thereof waived or modified to the extent permitted by, and in accordance with, the terms thereof. For all purposes of this Amendment No. 1, except as otherwise expressly provided or unless the context otherwise requires, terms defined herein include the plural as well as the singular.

Construction of References. The terms defined in this Agreement shall, for purposes of this Agreement, have the meanings assigned to them and shall include the plural as well as the singular. All references in this Agreement to designated Sections and other subdivisions are to designated Sections and other subdivisions of this Agreement, and the words "herein," "hereof," and "hereunder" and other words of similar import refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular Section or other subdivision. Construction of References. References by number in this Trust Agreement to any Article or Section shall be construed as referring to the Articles and Sections contained in this Trust Agreement, unless otherwise stated. The words "hereby", "hereof", and "hereunder" and any compounds thereof shall be construed as referring to this Trust Agreement generally, and not merely to the particular Article, Section or subdivision in which they occur, unless otherwise required by the context.

References to sections of consolidating legislation shall wherever necessary or appropriate in the context be construed as including references to the sections of the previous legislation from which the consolidating legislation has been prepared;
